After Pien died, Gaia was, despite the corgis, feeling lonely and so we went looking for a new BAN- friend for her. And that is how Bessie came into our lives. Her family couldn't take care of her anymore due to personal circumstances so we welcomed her in our home.
After a bit of a rough start (Bessie was not being used to living in a flock) she soon was part of the pack. She and Gaia are now good friends and share the couch when the best sunny place is there to be found.
Bessie is despite being a older dog, still very playfull and she and Irish love a game of tug!
